Warm salad with chicken liver and vegetables

Super simple recipe, with little and healthy ingredients – is very good and suitable for a festive dinner or the food in the family. I recommend you to try it, I’m sure you’ll like it.

500 g chicken livers
Carrots 2 pieces if small carrots, place 3 pieces
White onion 2 pieces
Pepper 2 pieces
100 ml sunflower oil
0.5 teaspoons of salt
0.25 teaspoons black pepper

Getting Started

1. Peel carrots wash and cut long and thin pieces. Put oil in a pan and add carrots and leave 10 minutes over medium heat to roast a little.

2. Peel onion and cut noodles, add the carrots when they soften slightly. Mix well.

3. When well browned add the carrots and onion chopped long pepper, mix well and leave on medium heat.

4. When the paprika softens up, after about 5-10 minutes in the pan extinguish the fire and let the vegetables aside.

5. Livers are washed, cut pieces fit. In another pan pour oil and when it gets hot add the livers and slightly fry them for about 10 minutes, stirring periodically.

6. Over 10 minutes add the vegetables to the liver, stir over low heat and allow them to cook together for about 10-15 minutes.

7. Then salt, pepper and extinguish the fire.

8. Better to serve the salad warm, so that the livers can be soft.
