Spring Salad with special dressing


This salad is simple, with vegetables and leaves found in the market but the dressing recipe is actually the one who makes it especially tasty and even more special. I saw it used in culinary demonstrations at the Fair Raw. We highly recommend the dressing, which accompanies the leaves and vegetables that vary depending on what you find in the market or in the refrigerator.
Let me tell you a bit about yeast flakes, in addition to the fact that it seasons well many dishes, it is a natural spice full of vitamins of the B group.

Ingredients
Green salad 1 piece of it you can add spinach, ransoms, etc.
Green onions 2 pieces
2 pieces of radishes or cherry tomatoes,
50 g black olives optional
0.5 pc lemon juice from half a lemon
Oil 50 ml
3 pieces of garlic cloves or a teaspoon of garlic powder
Inactive yeast flakes 2 tablespoons found in herbal stores
1 teaspoon salt

Getting Started

1. Peel and wash vegetables well. Then allow water to drain.

2. Tear the lettuce leaves, as well as the other leaves that you may have. Cut medium onion pieces, the tomatoes cut them as you like. Arrange them all in a larger bowl, in which you can easily mix the salad.

3. Now prepare the dressing:
– Squeeze the lemon half into a smaller bowl.

4. Add crushed garlic and oil.

5. Then the yeast flakes.

6. Mix all ingredients and add salt.

7. Pour dressing over salad and carefully mix the composition with 2 forks. Make sure to evenly distribute the sauce.

8. Serve immediately with some olives, if you like.
