Salad with peaches and peppers

In fact the author of the recipe called it “Salsa” there are numerous variations of this sauce / salad, the main ingredients are the sweet peppers and the hot peppers (chili), tomatoes plus all the ingredients must be finely chopped. But there are variations that are also very popular, like mango salsa peaches, pineapple, etc. I confirm this is a very good combination.
In my opinion, is a very simple salad, cool and delicious it can be perfectly combined with some meat, especially chicken.

Peaches or nectarines 3 pieces
1 piece red pepper if you put two pieces chose smaller ones
Cayenne pepper 1 piece I took a green bell pepper which is less spicy but if you like it spicyer put the red chilly pepper instead
1 red onion or white onion 1 small piece
1 bunch parsley 1 piece
2 cloves garlic 2 pieces
Lemon or lime 1 piece
1 teaspoon salt

Getting Started

1. Wash and prepare all vegetables.

2. Cut the peaches diced small and put them in a larger bowl for mixing salads.

3. Just cut the hot red pepper (paprika remember to thoroughly clean the Seed).

4. Finely chop onion and add the remaining ingredients.

5. Follow with the crushed garlic and chopped parsley.

6. Squeeze lemon juice over all ingredients, add salt and mix well the salad.

7. Serve it fresh with any dish that requires garnish especially with chicken.
