Marinated Carrot Salad

I have seen beautiful carrots on the market, the new eco carrots and I was set to make this recipe for the site- very popular at my house and translated it says “Carrot coreian style”. Very good salad for weight loss dieters, goes well with meat products and more. I highly recommend!

Carrots 1 kg choose carrots uniform and larger
Sunflower oil 0.5 PAH
3 tablespoons sugar
1.5 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
5 cloves garlic 5 pieces
1 teaspoon ground coriander
5 tablespoons wine vinegar

Getting Started

1. Weigh 1 kg of carrots, you can still reserve a place to pieces.

2. Carrots are clean and rinse thoroughly. Then give them trough the grater; grating should be on the finest settings so that the carrot that comes out is thin and long, like straws. I used one for this type of salad.

3. Add the vinegar, oil and spices according to the above amounts.

4. This recipe is very important ingredient “Coriander” – gives the flavor and taste. I have found it in supermarkets in the form of crushed berries.

5. Mix well with hands and rub well all over the composition to leave carrot juice.

6. You can eat it immediately, but it is much better if you let it one night in the refrigerator.
You can keep it even 1 month in a jar, well pressed and sealed.

7. What I said is that it is perfectly suited for serving whit meat and vegetable dishes.
