Classic pizza dough

It is the most simple and tasty pizza dough. I tried many variations and ingredients, I recommend it to everyone.

350 g white flour of superior quality. Try to choose something of high quality.
1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons sunflower oil, olive oil can be used also
I use dry yeast 2 tablespoons yeast
Water 225 ml
1 tablespoon sugar

Getting Started

1. In a larger bowl put 350g flour, add salt and oil.

2. In a 225 ml graded recipient add warm water. Add 1 tablespoon sugar 2 tablespoons dry yeast, mix them and let the mixture sit for 15 minutes till it forms some foam.
Warning! If you will be using dry yeast that does not dissolve in water, you will not have to do this step in turn your dough will increase slower and it won’t be soft enough. After I tried different brands of dry yeast, my dough had the best consistency with Pakmaya.

3. Pour yeast mixture into a bowl with flour, knead a soft dough that is easy to take out with your hands. Cover it with foil and leave at room temperature for about 30 min.

4. Over 30 minutes the dough should increase in volume is about 3 times. Before using the dough, brush hands with a little oil. This amount of batter reaches tops of pizza for 30/32 cm. So we split it in half and spread it with our hands on the tray.
