Chicken breast roulade with scrambled eggs and olives

The recipe is an improvisation, after I saw on TV earlier a method of putting olives in a roll by putting on those sticks for skewers and so it runs and bake rolls. I tried myself, and I realized that it is the perfect way to make roulade with these sticks you can shape and run them trough the roll easily, even if you do not put all the quantity required we recommend that you use olives.
I can tell you that the Chicken breast roulade is very good, but with these ingredients there is no other way around.

Quantity: 1 kg (2 rolls)
Difficulty: medium
Preparation time: 30 min
Total preparation time: 60 min

Ingredients

Chicken 1 piece
2 pieces of eggs
50 ml of milk
Green olives, pitted and filled about 200 g
Classic Cheese 100 g
3 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1/3 teaspoon of black pepper

Getting Started

1. Beat the eggs well with milk and a little salt.

2. Then from these quantity of eggs mixed with milk make 2 omelet’s. Fry them well in a pan with hot oil, till they brown well.

3. Cut the chicken into 2 pieces (if you need it and remove the bones from the flesh), then put over each piece of chicken a food covering foil and beat them until they are thin and round them carefully. The use of foil is required, otherwise the chicken is broken.

4. Then salt and pepper then add the omelet.

5. Olives placed on a stick are then arranged on top of the omelet as the skewers.

6. Then add a little grated cheese and sprinkle it over the olives.

7. when rolling the chicken, you will see that these barbecue sticks with help you it.

8. Then it will be tied with cotton thread around, so it makes it take the form of rolls, not to distort the thermal processing. If you do not have cotton thread, you can close it with toothpicks, but is harder and can get stuffed.

9. Just mount the 2 rolls and then brown in a pan with a little oil.

10. Then put them in a tray and leave them in the oven for about 40-50 minutes at an average temperature of 150-180 degrees.
Another option would be cooking the sausage rolls by putting them directly in an aluminum foil, wrap them well and leave them in the oven for about an hour; In this case they will be browned but not as good.

11. Leave them to cool completely, remove the cotton thread and sticks and leave in refrigerator 1-2 hours minimum as this will make them easy to cut. You can serve them as an appetizer with other rolls or vegetables.

Enjoy your meal!
